This is for 
's Halloween art jam.
Dressing in a scary costume is what Halloween is all about, and I thought Freddy Krueger just fit Vegeta to a T, er... something like that.
I don't know if Vegeta has a professional make-up artist or if he actually burnt himself... probably the latter.
